Use Of Our Multi-Million Dollar Marketing Budget (National)

How we use our marketing budget to get you the most money for your home can be divided into three categories: local, national, and international. In today's article, I will review our national marketing and follow up with our international marketing in the next newsletter.

In my last article, I reviewed the pre-marketing items I do with all my listings. These included Home prep, inside and out, professional photography, our exclusive buyer delivery system, a Grand Opening, an Open House, input on the MLS, putting your home on over 200 real estate websites, and a Local advertising campaign. We don’t know where the buyer who will pay the most for your home will come from.  So, to search for that buyer and to create demand for your home, we also use our marketing resources to search nationally. We do this through several sources.  First, print advertising. This depends on the house.  Usually, it pays off to spend more money on local advertising if the home is listed under $1,000,000. This would include newspapers and local magazines.  If the home is listed above $1,000,000, we use local, national, and international newspapers and magazines.  You can look at the first attachment below this article to see examples of our print media.

We contact over 70 major relocation companies located in over 800 major cities throughout the United States, representing major corporations. The attachment below gives you an example of the corporations they represent, such as Coca-Cola, Walt Disney, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley.

We are a founding member of “Leading Real Estate Companies Of The World”.  This is the largest global network of leading independently owned real estate companies.  Franchises and small independent real estate companies can’t join this group. They have $405 billion in annual sales, with over 1.2 million annual transactions and over 130,000 sales representatives.  They have offices in all 50 states, and we put your listing on their websites.  See the second attachment below this article.
